Ow. My arm still hurts. It has been like about 5 hour was already. Yeah, we had our jabs today. I was already on the verge of tears while I was waiting in line. Suddenly, Andrea fell to the floor. Her eyes rolled upwards and her fingers curled up with sudden twitching. Everybody stood there, mouths open, cotton in hand placed firmly at our the place of injection totally stopped in our tracks. I got so scared I started crying. Then, my turn to take the jab. Pui Ting -thank god- held my hand until the whole thing was over. I went and sat next to Sarah and started bawling my eyes out. I think Jati got quite a scare seeing me and Pui Ting cry like that. It wasn't the pain, it was just that I was in shock after seeing what happened to Andrea. Later she told me that she dreamt she was at home sleeping. Creepy. The aftermath of the jab was a little bizarre. Well, most of our arms hurted. Some guys tried to be 'macho' by arm wrestling. Pfft, nothing better to do. Some were sleepy. I got a stomach ache. Krystle and Hannah vision was partially blurred. For me during the actual jab, it doesn't really hurt, when they inject, you can feel like the medicine going in. The after that, it hurts. Like a jabbing pain, poking yourself with a needle over and over again. After that, its like a muscle ache. Like after a extreme workout. I wonder whether Pn Noor's boiled egg method works. I just used hot water and a Winnie The Pooh towel. God, my hand hurts so bad typing. Hope you get better soon, Andrea.
